HAPPY PINK SATURDAY

happy pink day to you all!!! I'ts going to be a very nice dayl today as the fog is very thick this morning; by mid day it should clear up and i plan to go for a hike with the kids up the ski hill mountain where there is a blue lake.

note: i must be reallly as dense as the fog because it isn't reallly fog and that white stuff up there is really rain clouds tat hung around all day. oh well another day for the sun!!!!!!

this picture was taken yesterday morning and we had a fabulous day too. i went to terrace to buy a new car and decided that my old one was just as good. do any of you like the 2008 mazda 3's --the ineteriors are all black and somehow i think it should have been PINK! No just kidding but grey or something!!!!

There are more pictures coming this morning i am just a little slow keep watching!!!! this box is a project our Women's Ministry group is doing. Inside the big pink box are various things that are PINK in keeping with this saturday~that they can use throught out the week and add things to it to pass on to another person. They also have to wrap up a small gift to give to the other that they can take. Also there is a scrapbooking photo album that they have to post so we know who has had the book.

Do you remember pictures like this long ago from toilette paper i think, there were four or five girls, i have the girl with the white muff and brown hair. i would love to get the whole set for my grand daughters. they are so nice. The captions says

Soft as my blanket, Soft as me, That's how soft softness can be!....

These next two pictures are something i happened to find way down in my old box of pictures that are a hundred years old---well at least fifty!!! when i was a little girl going to church and sabbath school. These are the memory verse cards that we had each week. the teacher would labourously decorate each set of cards and even a money pouch to bring to church.
